Andrey Lapshov is a leading expert promoting the development of the PR and communications industry in Russia. He has over 32 years of experience in public relations and communications. From 1999 to 2000, he was Deputy Head of the Government Information Department of the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation. Between 2003 and 2005, he held the position of Vice President for Public Relations at AFK Sistema. Since 2005, he has been the CEO of the communications group Insiders. Mr. Lapshov is a laureate of the “Top 1,000 Managers of Russia” ranking by the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant Publishing House.

Marina Vashukova has over 25 years of experience managing communications, sustainable development, media, PR, and culture functions at major Russian media outlets (RBC, Kultura TV channel), national public organizations (Russian Geographical Society, Georgy Garanyan Jazz Art Development Foundation), and businesses (Vnesheconombank). From 2016 to 2022, she served as the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact National Network in Russia, with experience working with the UN offices in New York, Geneva, Vienna, and Nairobi.

Andrey graduated from RUT (MIIT) with a degree in Public Relations and has been working in PR for more than 10 years.
He began his career at a government organisation — the Pension Fund of Russia — where in just two years he rose from intern to deputy head of department. He then continued his career at the digital agency Interium, where he worked as a project manager.
