Andrey Lapshov is a leading expert promoting the development of the PR and communications industry in Russia. He has over 32 years of experience in public relations and communications. From 1999 to 2000, he was Deputy Head of the Government Information Department of the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation. Between 2003 and 2005, he held the position of Vice President for Public Relations at AFK Sistema. Since 2005, he has been the CEO of the communications group Insiders. Mr. Lapshov is a laureate of the “Top 1,000 Managers of Russia” ranking by the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant Publishing House.
