Classifier of Communications Industries

An updated version of the Classifier was prepared and presented by the Communications Industries Classification Development Committee of the Coordinating Council of the Communications Industries under the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation in 2025.

The Classifier describes the structure of the communications industry across nine distinct industries:

• Event Communications / Events
• Political Communications / Political Consulting
• Marketing Services / Marketing
• Communications Research and Analytics / Research and Analytics
• Brand Creation Services / Branding
• Digital Communications Solutions / Digital
• Influencer Marketing and Blogging
